We want you to be fully satisfied with your Savile Row Company purchase, which is why we offer a 90-day return period for all items in their original condition. Whether you need a different size or a full refund, our process is designed to be as seamless as our tailoring.

Return Process

  Complete the Returns Form

  Locate the returns form included in your original parcel and indicate whether you would like a refund or an exchange for a different size or color.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items you wish to return, along with the completed form, into the original packaging or a secure alternative, ensuring all tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Generate and print your prepaid return label from our online portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point and retain your proof of postage until your refund or exchange has been fully processed.
